how to make horizontal menu on the right?

Hi,
I want to place the horizontal menu at the right position of the page (like the menu of ebase website).
How to do that?
I have tried using float: right and right as the horizontal alignment, but still cannot make it displayed on the right.

1. Set the overall width to 100% or close to this (on Page Control or body style)
2. Set the Block Horizontal Alignment to Fill on the vertical menu's parent (this proably has a horizontal layout)
3. On the vertical menu, click the Override layout property and select right horizontal alignment

You will probably end up with something like:

Page Control (width close to 100%)
- Panel Control (Horizontal layout, Block Horizontal Alignment = Fill)
- - Panel Control (main content goes here)
- - Vertical Menu (override layout right horizontal)
