Form locked by user

Hi,

One of my forms in the business project is locked and I am not able to access it, I don't understand how the form got locked as I am the only user .Could you please tell me how to open the form or at least how to delete it.

Tools > System Administration > Designer Locks

This locking mechanism has been removed in Version 5.
