Problems with duplicate class after deploy

Hello,

i have exported my forms to an XML and imported it to my production server. After starting, I get an error and the logs say "duplicate class defintion for name 'CONTROLS_TIPP_NICHT_ALLEINE_TIP_STATUS_BENUTZERVERWALTUNG_b738f" ... I use a part page component as a link in this page.

Can somebody help?

Hi Manfred,

The problem is the control name and component prefix is used to generate a Java class on the fly, but sometimes the name is too long and the name gets truncated. This can cause duplicate class problems.

You need to reduce the name of the component prefix (and/or) the control name.

This will hopefully be fixed in the next service pack.

Yes. That was the problem. I have add some abbreviations and now it works.
