Database Resource doesn't show up in Resource name

After creating a database resource, when I went on to create table and map the database resources I just created, it doesn't show up. I have added it to the appropriate business view, made sure in the business view it exists. I am using Ebase 4.5.3. I tried several things, but nothing seems to be working. My colleague mentions this might be a bug, I am wondering if there is patch available to fix this issue ? or is there a efficient work around to this problem ?

Make sure the Database Resource is marked for use with tables. If it isn't, it won't show up in the list.
