Drop down box selection dependencies

I have 3 drop down boxes called Site, Location, Area (in that order).Whatever I select in the first one eg. Main building that then creates a list of Locations which I can select from. What I need is when I select a Location I need it to modify the Area list so that I only get the correct Areas for that location, instead of which I am getting all Areas.
