Server to client side call

I know that you can use $eb to make a client to server side call but is it possible to make a server to client side call.

I want to be able to call a client side jquery function call from the server side.

No, browser protocol doesn't allow you to do that. You have to find an alternative way e.g. use a ready event to execute any client side code.
