License renewal

Hi,
Our verj.io maintenance license expires at the end of this month: maintenanceExpiryDate=20191231
I did email veri.io via the "contact us" form a few weeks ago regarding this, but I have heard nothing back.
How do we go about getting a new license file produced?

You need to go through the Ebase customer portal:

http://portal.ebasetech.com/cp/CP_PORTAL_HOME.eb

You can submit a licence request using the licence procedure link on the left hand side.

In the meantime, I will chase up your Verj.io contact us email.
