how to prevent user upload unwanted file?

Hi,
If I want the user to upload just the .docx file, is it possible for me to prevent the user to upload another type file, such as .ppt file? If can, what should I do?

I have tried that. But still cannot prevent user from uploading file with other extention/format.

Seems that I have to add a check if the file already uploaded, then delete it if it is not the required file format/extention.
