How to change the text of pop up window?

If we make a field mandatory, or put some filters to it (i.e. Regex Patters), a pop up window appears with the default text. Can we interact with that text in a simple way?

In the designer tree open the Messages file for the project you are working on, and create a new message with the validation text that you want displayed. Then select the field in question (in the Fields View) to display its properties, click on Validators, select the appropriate regex validator, click the properties icon on the toolbar, click the more button, then select the use Message id radio button and enter the message number.

The instructions above change the validation text for just a single field. To change all occurrences you should edit the appropriate system text (Tools > System Texts Editor), the regex validator messages are 508/509 and 521/522.
