Applying a presentation template to the File upload page

Our site has a mobile friendly Presentation template applied to it, however when you call the "File Upload" function the page does not use the Presentation template that is applied to the form and when it renders on a mobile device the text is VERY small.

How can you make the "File Upload" page use the "Presentation Template"

You can't make it use the presentation template. The styling of the upload page is a bit of an anomaly and is a candidate for change in the future. You can style the upload page by changing system texts 325 and 326, see the http://dev-docs.verj.io/ufs/doc/working_with_files.htm documentation. Also there are a number of other posts in this forum about file upload that may be of interest.
