File Upload Validation

With the new file uploader, is it possible to control the client-side validation text in any way?
I'm using designer 5.10.2, but I can't get any messages to show if the file size is too large. In the documentation it says a pop-up should show, but I would prefer a panel to be updated with custom text anyway.

Sorry this appears to have been missed. I will have a look at this as soon as I can and get back to you. I had an initial look and I could not see how you could validate client side to update a textbox.

I did see a popup window though stating my file was too large.

It might be that this would be an enhancement request as this is our first release of the FileUpload control
