Hi,
I'm a little bit stuck on an issue where the same form does show the output pdf on windows, but the same form on a linux install doesn't.
I create the pdf with a fpl script using: "OUTPUTPAGE as pdf report;"
On ubuntu it opens the PDFPrint window, but shows the popup: Error Failed to load PDF document.
Some system info:
Install with designer on windows 10 is:
Ebase version: 5.5.0
Ebase build: 20181217
Application server: Apache Tomcat/8.5.23
Install on Ubunta desktop install:
Ebase version: 5.5.1
Ebase build: 20190315
Server Java: 11.0.1
PDFPrint works on windows install not on ubuntu server

Re: PDFPrint works on windows install not on ubuntu server
It would be more helpful if you paste the full error from the server logs.

Hi Fronsky
Could you zip up your logs from the Ubuntu server and send them to support@ebasetech.com
The logs are located in:
Ebase_Install_Dir/UfsServer/tomcat/logs
I will take a look.
Kind regards
Steve

Hi
Could you also check that the following file exists on the linux system:
<Ebase_Install_Dir>/UfsServer/bin/wkhtmltopdf
Kind regards
Steve Upton
