Post any questions you have about using the Verj.io Studio, including client and server-side programming with Javascript or FPL, and integration with databases, web services etc.

Hi,
I have 2 forms, each form has PDF footer text filled. The problem is, on 1 page that text show up, but on the other page don't.
I am curious what make footer text shown or not?
My two forms pdf setting is identical, but the result is different.
Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi,

I think you have come across the problem where your webpage content spans over multiple PDF pages and the header/footer of the PDF is not printed on these overflow pages.

I do not think that there is a workaround for this. We use a third party API to print the PDF's and this appears to be a bug in their software.

Hopefully we will find a different solution for this.

Kind regards

Steve

Hi Steve,
Thanks for the reply.
It seems I am not quite clear in my question.
The pdf is not printed simultaneously, instead there are printed separately.
Each of the page printed from 1 page if user click a button to print it.
So I think there is no overflow of something related with that.

Hi,

I think you are right, I misread the question.

Could you export and send both your forms to support@ebasetech.com

I will import them and have a look.

Kind regards

Hi Steve,
Thanks for your reply, unfortunately I have deleted both of them and will recreate the form and try to make sure everything are the same.
Will tell you if the result is still different, I haven't touch it again since my post in here.

Hi,
After recreated the form (delete the old one and create a new form), the result is the same now (both form can show the footer).
Still don't know why the old forms show different behavior
