Hi,
Today I have experienced that the server not respond to the request, I suspect is because there are several users login at the same time.
My suspicion is based on the fact that after the server is restarted and let the user login once at a time, that problem is not show up.

My server configuration is:
Windows Server 2012
Tomcat that installed along with v.5.0.1
Maximum concurrent users ebase set to handle: 10000

What things should I check to make sure that problem is not arise in the future?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Check the server logs for errors. Run the Server Admin app and start the monitor (if possible), check memory profile. If you continue to have problems it's a good idea to check the monitor before things go wrong.
