convert version 4.5 to 5

Hi,

How can I move my application from version 4.5.2 to newly installed version 5 server?

You have to upgrade your V4.5.2 system - there is no way to import a V4 application into a V5 system. You could perform the upgrade on a copy of the system, which will create a workspace directory holding the converted files for your application. You can then export your application or just copy the upgraded files to your existing V5 system.
