Is it possible to make a label and edit field place in the different row? If so, how?

Two ways:
1. On Field Control properties, you will see checkboxes for Display label, Display editor and Display help. Using these you can select the bit of the field that you want and then position it using normal Ebase methods e.g. add to a Panel Control with horizontal or vertical layout.
2. Use a Panel Control (or any other container control) with a Custom Layout. This lets you set the HTML used in the layout to anything you want. The default provided when you select Custom Layout will position the field label above the editor.
