One process or multiple processes combined?

I have a workflow, created with BPMN (Business Process Model Notation). It has multiple blocks/modules. And all of them create one app. So, to create a Workflow processes in Ebase what should I do:

1) Create one big workflow with all the modules then connect forms and etc?

2) Create one process for each module and then connect them? (Like creating couple of forms instead of one and then connect them) Is it possible in Ebase?

3) Workflow Management form, can it be redesigned for our own needs?

I haven't had a chance to go through the help files of Workflow, this are the questions that came to mind while I was thinking how to implement the Workflow management to the application.

In general, one Ebase workflow process should represent one business process in your business, regardless of how many tasks there are in the process. For example a Freedom of Information workflow process might represent all steps to handle the request from initial application to resolution. So my advice would be to base your design and thinking on Ebase workflow processes on the business requirement.

Yes, you can change the admin form - it's probably best to make a copy. Similarly, you can also change the task list form.
