Hi,

I want to make a application where I can select network stations and path/folders. That info I wanna save along with file extensions and number of days. Purpose is to delete alle files older than x days (differs for each folder and extensions).

What would be the best approach to do this in Ebase. (we are now using scheduled batch files with the forfiles commando), but I want to create an UI.

To access the files you can use the FileServices API class (see online documentation) which has many useful methods to list files in folders, read and write files etc. Or you can use the Java classes (probably mainly java.io.File) to access the files directly from a script.
