I have been trying to get a form to send an email with a PDF attachment containing images.
This works fine when run internally, but won't when run via our website.

I have followed the instructions to enable this and have added the following line to the ufssetup.properties file:
Ufs.localBaseUrl=http://127.0.0.1:3040/ufs
this however screws up both internal and external attempts, but if I add a trailing slash to the URL it works internally again but not externally:
Ufs.localBaseUrl=http://127.0.0.1:3040/ufs/
Any ideas what I have wrong here?

1. Is IIS or Apache being used to redirect form requests?

2. What url is used to run the form internally?

3. What url is used to run the form from the website?

Hi Hovik,
After you requested the URL for accessing the system externally, you got me thinking: and the issue turned out to be me using a test Ebase system internally with the external access connector pointing to our live Ebase system.
However I did hit a minor issue in the documentation which states a URL without a trailing slash, where one is required:
Ufs.localBaseUrl=http://127.0.0.1:3030/ufs/

Many thanks for your swift reply

Thanks for the update Neil. We will change the documentation in the next service pack.
