We have installed ebase in the directory /usr/lib/ebasedev and have it running on startup.
When we run an export from the Designer running on another machine over the network the export file is written to the directory /usr/lib/transport/exportfile.xml instead of /usr/lib/ebasedev/UfsServer/transport/exportfile.xml
Ebase: 4.4.3
OS: Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS
Ebase Server Startup: upstart
Tomcat User: root
exports saved into wrong transport folder

Hello!
One option is to explicitly specify the full path of the transport folder (Ufs.transportDirectoryName) in the 'UFSSetup.properties' file in ..\UfsServer\tomcat\webapps\ufs\WEB-INF\classes folder.
We have seen this on our Windows platform (when Ebase runs as a service) and suspect it to be something to do with the way Ebase uses JAVA during start up.
Hope this helps!
