Default values in web service resource fields

We currently have to send a whole bunch of fields to a web-service that is used to define what is to come back to us. This functionality has to be used in all our forms (switching from old web-service to a new one) and the same information has to be sent. The exact same value needs to be sent by each form and the only way to do this is to map the field, import the field into our form and then set the field to the value.

It would be great if we could set the fields to a default value and have those fields automatically sent without the import + set value steps.
