Custom number/date formatting

In many of our projects, we had been using en_ZA formatting in order to get yyyy/mm/dd date formatting, as this was the only way to get it. In Ebase 4.x, the decimal separator for en_ZA was (.), however in 5.x that's now changed to (,). That means it's now impossible to have both the (.) decimal separator and yyyy/mm/dd date formatting.

We found this out because after upgrading a system from 4.x to 5.x, users reported being unable to enter decimal values (since they were still trying to use the (.)). We'll have to change to en_CA formatting in order to get the (.) decimal separator, however this will also change dates from yyyy/mm/dd to yyyy-mm-dd. Obviously in this case it's not the end of the world since it still ends up being yyyymmdd, but it feels somewhat silly telling our users that it's now impossible for them to have yyyy/mm/dd with (.) decimal separator like they had before.

It would be nice to be able to change formatting beyond just the localized presets, to allow us to choose the formatting combinations that suit us/our users best.
