I have just upgraded our live Ebase system to 5.2.
Now if I run a form over https (secure form) it errors with:
Entity not found at /%2FForms%2FBP_BURIAL_ARCHIVES_LIVE in project BP_BURIAL_ARCHIVES_LIVE
Any help would be gratefully received.
NB: I notice the URL when accessed externally via our DMZ machine looks like this:
https://windmz.dartford.gov.uk/ufs/ufsm ... 8791339500
However if I modify the URL to the values below, it works:
https://windmz.dartford.gov.uk/ufs/ufsm ... 8791265286
https issues since upgrade to 5.2

Hi Neil, I really like the simplicity of urls in 5.2 where you can just put formName.eb after ufs.
eg
https://windmz.dartford.gov.uk/ufs/formName.eb
I think it really simplifies the url if a user wants to create a favourite, it is much more user friendly.
Thanks

The URL that's failing is a special URL used to test forms from the designer. I wouldn't recommend using this as a production URL. The best URL syntax is the xxx.eb mentioned by Steve,
Here's a link to the supported URL formats in V5:

Thanks for the swift reply Steve, still finding my way around the new setup.
Hopefully it will all become clearer with time, however it appears that if I access a simple http form via our Tomcat connectors on the DMZ server I can use either http or https and the form fires up (I would not expect the https access to work).
If I run the form directly from the forms server it only allows http access as expected.
Not entirely sure what this is telling me, but I must have something wrong!

Hi Neil, slightly confused, what's the difference between your "DMZ server" and the "forms server".
We've got Ebase on Tomcat over IIS installed (ie using ISAPI) on a DMZ server.
On the server I can access any form over http or https (going direct to Tomcat using port 3030/8443 or on standard 80/443 if I go via IIS)
I've got SSL on both Tomcat and IIS.
If I try to access any form from a machine not on the DMZ server then I can only access it via https 443 as our network team have only enabled access over 443. That is no-one can access Ebase direct via Tomcat as port 8443 (Tomcat ssl port) is blocked nor can they access it via http.
Then we've got our NetScallers that publish to the outside world.
I had to specifically set up SSL on Tomcat.
Thanks
