Are there any plans for an advanced CSS editor besides the standard Presentation Templates?
Now I have to include a stylesheet in the form html header to override some of the CSS code generated by the Presentation Template to get the desired design of a form.

Yes, we have plans for this.
We are currently developing the functionality of configuring style sheets in presentation templates, and improvements in the support for external style sheets.
This should be included in the next major release. However, we have no date for this as yet, but it won't be for about a year at least.
