End of support for Ebase v3.x

Since you've now rolled out Ebase v4, I'm wondering if you have decided to assign End Of Support dates for earlier versions?

I note that you're still supporting v3.2.1+ via support form. Will that continue or what?

Currently we have no plans to discontinue supporting earlier versions of Ebase.
As and when we come up with a plan, there will be an announcement on the customer portal and also here in the Forum.
Any such announcement will be made 3-6 months ahead of termination of support.

Yes it does, doing up an investigation report on moving to v4 from v3.6.
