Problem with RESETTABLE FPL command

I have a system on 3.4 02052008 where this command works fine. It 'verifies', it appears inb the list of commands when you get a syntax error etc.

I do the same in 27062008 and 18092009 and these all work fine.

However, we are putting in a system that is built on 13102008 and this command fails a script 'verify' and when you force a syntax error it does not appear in the list of valid commands!

Any suggestions please? I'll raise a call as well for this as it is quite urgent for us!

supplier provided updated UFS and UFSLanguage jar files and that seems to have fixed the problem.
