Download the file from Server

Hi...
i want to download the file which is present on the server.
the file which i want to download is already present on the server.
i have uploaded the file using upload() function.
can any body tell me how can i download this file.

What is the location of the file on the server.

If you have uploaded the file to a location under the webapp then you will be able to open it using a URL to the file.

If the file is outside of the webapp, you will have to stream the file.
