Hi,
Is there any way to create a browse button within an Ebase form?
I know that the upload() function will allow browse functionality. However, I don't want to upload anything to the server, I just want to capture a file path and name to store in a database.
Thanks,
Mike

Re: Browse button
I've not tried it but I guess it's possible to put a html-tag using a label-field on your page to get the browse button:
And use javascript and the external interface:

To copy the value to an Ebase form field.
Code: Select all
<input type="file" size="40" name="yourpath"/>

To copy the value to an Ebase form field.
