Sorting does not work

I selected some columns in my table to be sortable and deployed to my production server. After reloading the page, I see the double arrows but nothing happens when I click on them. I tried redeploying the form but that didn't make a difference.

I don't have any custom client side CSS or JavaScript scripts that would interfere with how the form functions or looks.
