Hi,
I close the designer and now when I tried to open the form, the message as stated in the subject appear and the form cannot be open at all (all form in the project).
What should I do to fix this problem?

Have you checked the server logs? It will usually give you enough information to figure out what is causing that error.
If you can start and stop the server as you wish, I'd recommend stopping the server, move all of the logs in UFSServer\tomcat\logs temporarily to another location and restart the server.
the log file ufsserver.log or ebase5-stderr-<current>.log (where ebase is the name of your web app) will tell you whats wrong.

Found nothing in there.
After hunting down the latest changes in the script, seems there is one assignment that missing the right part (this is one of the problem I face using 5.0.1). After fix it, everything back to normal.
