Ebase Ready Made Forms Library

I am not sure which sub forum to post this in but I wanted to check out the Ebase Ready Made Forms Library under the Downloads section of the customer portal but the download link doesn't work. Sorry about the incorrect link. It's been changed to:
www.ebaseftp.com/download/general/Ready ... F_2013.zip

These were first created using V3 a long time ago (in FPL as Javascript didn't arrive till V4.4). They have since been upgraded to V4 but not yet to V5.

I repeat the caveat mentioned in the Customer Portal:
"The Ready Made Forms Library is a collection of forms created by Ebase Customers. The library can be downloaded using the link below. Please note however, that Ebase does not guarantee that all the forms in the library will function as designed and they are not supported by Ebase. Please read the 'readme' file once you have downloaded the zip file. "

Here's a list of the forms. If you are interested in any of them please let me know and I will upgrade them to V5.
