How to install on shared web host?

I have a typical shared, Linix web host. How can I install Ebase on it? I can't find documentation on this, anywhere.

Unless they support Apache Tomcat, you won't be able 2. There are only 1 web hosts that I know of that support Tomcat: Redhat OpenShift and DigitalOcean.com

What type of administrator panel do you get with your shared web host?
Do you get access to a command line?
If you have access to a command line then, depending on what you are allowed to do, you can install Ebase
