454 - 501

I've done the following.

Clean install of 454 on my local PC (derby).
Exported my full DEV tree to transport_files.
Imported the entities onto my PC 454.
Upgraded 454 to 501.

The 501 designer is starting ok, the tree is displaying but "Updating Data Dictionary" is refusing to disappear so I cannot import the workflow administrator (and much more beside).

The Client ebase-designer log shows.

What do I need to check / do to resolve?

That took an eternity, back from lunch and the data dictionary has been rebuilt.
