Shared Menu on Component (ES050913_SharedMenuSample) sample app is an example of having an Ebase menu control on a component and deploying this component to multiple forms.
This sample highlights the benefits of sharing a menu via a component, in particular by doing it this way the "state" of the menu, i.e. which item has been selected, is shared across pages and will be rendered correctly.
